OUR HISTORY
The founder of the Firm completed his secondary school education at the Piarist High School in Budapest, and later graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Eötvös Loránd University. Prior to founding his own law firm, he was associate at the Budapest Lawyers’ Union No. 3, then at the Sátori, Tóth and Lutter Law Firm, and later admitted to the Bar as attorney-at-law.
Since 2008, he has been the head of the Budapest Bar Association’s delegated committee responsible for keeping contact between the Company Registry Court of Budapest-Capital and Budapest Bar Association, and since 2016, he has been a member of the Budapest Bar Association’s delegated committee responsible for keeping contact between the Civil Organizations Registry Court of Budapest-Capital and Budapest Bar Association.
In 2021, author and lecturer of the e-learning material prepared for the mandatory legal education course under the title of “Company Procedure in Practice”.
His activities were recognised by the Hungarian Bar Association in 2019 with the award of the title of Excellent Attorney.
